This class is for YOU! We will focus on foundational breath and movement,  gentle warm-up, pose break-downs, sun and moon salutes, and restorative poses. Mantra Monday Yoga

Needing a little help getting your week started? Mantra Monday is a great way to begin your week with movement, breath and intention to set the tone for your week.  Beginners and all levels welcome.

Yoga 101

All are welcome, from those looking to start a yoga practice to seasoned yogis looking to ground into the essentials! Private Yoga

Private Yoga can be beneficial for students that are new to yoga or students that have been practicing for many years. This time will be tailored just for you. Whether you are looking to work on a certain poses, alignment, breath or recovering from an injury, a private session is a great way to work one-on-one with  your Yoga teacher.
