Teacher Training Orientation:

June 11th at 11am! 2022-2023 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Orientation!

Come meet your instructors, gather information and ask WHY this is the time for YOU to start this journey. This training is geared toward anyone wanting to deepen their level of practice and understanding of the practice of yoga. The training is an amazing foundation to facilitate personal healing, teach others in your community and use as an added tool in your already existing career. We will be meeting in person 1 weekend a month August thru December 2022, and meeting 2 weekends in January, February and March 2023.

Yoga Teacher Training in Minooka by Brenda

Based on the teachings of Krishnamacharya, Yoga Teacher Training will offer students a personal journey into the yogic path in addition to knowledge and experience to teach yoga classes. Become certified RYT-200 ready to teach yoga class or come experience an immersion into a deeper more understanding of your personal yoga practice.
