Brenda of Happy Journey Yoga

Brenda VanAslden’s wellness journey began 25 years ago as a personal trainer/group fitness instructor. She was introduced to yoga 18 years ago and realized the benefits of movement and breath. She started teaching yoga in a gym setting, but soon realized that some pieces were missing. After completing the Yoga Alliance 200hr certification in 2015, Brenda’s yoga journey changed. She loves sharing all the pieces that “Yoga” has to offer.

Her yoga home now is at Premier Fitness on Ridge Road in Minooka, IL. She teaches group classes along with private yoga and corporate classes. She also offers 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainings, continuing education credits and workshops. I love sharing Yoga with beginners as well as students that been practicing for years.
